လူငယ်ထူးချွန် အားကစားသမားများကို ခေတ်မီနည်းစနစ်များဖြင့် လေ့ကျင့်ရေးအဆင့်အတန်း မြှင့်တင်ပေးပြီး ပြည်တွင်း/ပြည်ပ ပြိုင်ပွဲများ ဖန်တီးပေးခြင်းနှင့် မီဒီယာမြှင့်တင်မှုများပြုလုပ် ပံ့ပိုးရန်။
မြန်မာ့ဘိလိယက်နှင့် စနူကာကစားနည်းကို မြန်မာ့ဂုဏ်ဆောင်သည့် ထိပ်တန်းအားကစား ဖြစ်စေရမည်ဖြစ်ပြီး အရှေ့တောင်အာရှတွင် အမြဲတစေရေပန်းစားကာ စဥ်ဆက်မပြတ် အောင်မြင်မှုရရှိနေသော အားကစားနည်းတစ်ခုဖြစ်လာစေရန်။
ဝါသနာနဲ့ တစ်ထပ်တည်းကျပြီး ၁၈ နှစ်သားကတည်းက ရူးသွပ်ခဲ့တဲ့အားကစားနည်းကို နိုင်ငံတော်မှ တာဝန်ပေးအပ်ခြင်း ခံခဲ့ရတဲ့အတွက် ဂုဏ်ယူဝမ်းမြောက်စွာဖြင့် မိမိရဲ့အမိတိုင်းပြည်အတွက် အကောင်းဆုံးကြိုးစားရင်း မျိုးဆက်သစ်လူငယ်တွေကို မွေးထုတ်ပြီး သေချာပျိုးထောင်ပေးမယ်ဆိုတဲ့ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်နဲ့ အဖွဲ့ချုပ် ဥက္ကဌတာဝန်ကို ထမ်းဆောင်ခဲ့ခြင်းဖြစ်ပါတယ်။
ဘိလိယက်နှင့်စနူကာအားကစား အဆင့်အတန်းကိုလည်း တဆင့်မြှင့်တင်ပေးမည်ဟု ကတိသစ္စာပြုပါသည်။

Myanmar's pride in Asian Billiard and Snooker Championships
2006 ခုနှစ် အီရန်နိုင်ငံတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် 5th Asian Billiards Championship ပြိုင်ပွဲကြီးတွင် ပထမဆုံးအကြိမ်အဖြစ် အာရှချန်ပီယံဆုကြီးကို ထိုက်ထိုက်တန်တန် ဆွတ်ခူးရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။
2019 ခုနှစ် အန္ဒိယနိုင်ငံတွင် ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် 18th Asian Billiards Championship ပြိုင်ပွဲကြီးတွင် ဒုတိယအကြိမ်မြောက် အာရှချန်ပီယံဆုကြီးကို ထပ်မံ ဆွတ်ခူးရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။
2018 ခုနှစ် ရန်ကုန်မြို့၌ အိမ်ရှင်အဖြစ် ကျင်းပခဲ့သည့် Asian U-21 Snooker Championship ပြိုင်ပွဲတွင် လူငယ်ချန်ပီယံဆုကြီးကို ရရှိခဲ့ပါသည်။
